My name is Roger Verghese, President of Lending Warehouses of America

Having been in the mortgage industry for the past 11 years, I decided it was  time for me to  provide my services  to you directly by establishing my own company. I have been in the Real Estate industry since late 1987. Along the way I was able to add features and services in regard to real estate, mortgages, insurance, and title.  To date, I hold multiple licenses in these different areas and have incorporated companies for each. My goal is to give my customers the single representation of several companies, in one place.  Today's lifestyle dictates "time is of the essence".  By coming to us, you will not only save time, but also money.
